LIFE INSURANCE

GRATUITY

Sail Impex's policy ensures that each employee receives a gratuity equivalent to one month's salary (last drawn) for each full year of service upon the end of their employment, in accordance with labor law. In the event of an employee's death, the gratuity is provided to their legal heirs.

E.O.B.I

Our policy is to register all employees with the Employee's Old Age Benefit Institution (EOBI) after a probation period of 3 months. The EOBI Department provides pensions to retired employees who meet the minimum service requirements under EOBI law. The company contributes 5% of the total employee salaries to the EOBI Department each month for this benefit.
